Yantra Yoga weekend summer camp in Estonia

Time: 29 of June-1st of July
Venue: Umbusi Buddhist Center
This year the Yantra Yoga weekend summer camp will be held in the Umbusi Buddhist Center with the guidance of two authorised Yantra Yoga instructors Maaja Zelmin from Estonia and Elerin Uibu from France. Part of the programme is also guided meditation with sounds by an artist and musician Leho Rubis
Overview of the course
The course is aimed at beginners, but also Yantra Yoga practitioners with previous knowledge or advanced practitioners are very welcome. If it proves necessary, then it is possible to divide the people into two groups. One group where are beginners, and another one where are people with a previous knowledge of Yantra Yoga.
With the new people, we focus mainly on 9 purification breathings and on 8 vital energy purifying exercises.
For the people with previous knowledge of the Yantra Yoga, the emphasis is on the harmony of breathing and movement in the different yantras and breathing during the rhythmic breathing.
Synchronizing every movement with conscious breathing we find ourselves in a perfectly relaxed state. Each yoga sequence performed in Yantra Yoga aims to guide the breath into a natural harmony with the mind and body. One of the oldest recorded systems of Yoga that exists in the world, for centuries Yantra was a closely guarded secret reserved for advanced yogic practitioners. Understanding the immense benefit it holds for everyone, Yantra Yoga was first introduced to the West in the 1970s by one of the foremost Dzogchen masters of our time, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu (www.yantrayoga.net)
